Fee Avoidance

(English translation*)

Any activity that intentionally or unintentionally avoids LastDraw charges is prohibited by Sellers. This applies to:

  • Suggestions for purchases or sales outside of LastDraw.
  • Link or advertise any website, item, or catalog that allows you to purchase items outside of LastDraw.
  • Asking buyers to make additional purchases or accept terms not described in the offer.
  • Cancellation of offers or early termination of an offer because the desired price was not reached.
  • Posting articles outside of the appropriate category.
  • False reports about unpaid items or refused payments after completing a successful transaction.
  • Sellers are responsible for paying all fees related to sales made using the LastDraw Services. This also applies if the negotiation of the terms of sale or the payment took place outside of LastDraw.

Sellers are also required to pay the sales commission if they offer or refer to their contact information or request the buyer's contact information for a sale outside of LastDraw and the sale does not end up being made through LastDraw.

Activities that violate this principle can lead to a variety of actions. This includes, for example, the termination or cancellation of offers by LastDraw, poorer positions for all offers of the seller in the search results or the exclusion of offers from the search results. A lower seller rating, restrictions on buying or selling, or blocking the LastDraw account are also possible. Any fees already paid or payable for offers or accounts that require action on our part will not be reimbursed or otherwise credited to your LastDraw account.

Why does LastDraw have this principle?

This policy protects buyers and sellers from transactions that are not covered by LastDraw services such as the LastDraw Trustee Service.
