Each player shuffles their Deck, and if they do, excavate the top cards of each Deck and compare their ATK (monsters with? ATK and Spell/Trap Cards are treated as 0 ATK). If 1 card has higher ATK than the other, add it to its owner's hand, and if you do, send the card with lower ATK to the GY. If their ATK are equal, place them on the bottom of the Deck.
